13. Shipping & Delivery Policy (Not Applicable)

13.1. Nature of the Program

The Sankalp Future Olympians Initiative 2025–26 is an offline, ground-based sports talent identification and orientation program. No physical goods, products, or merchandise are being sold, shipped, or delivered as part of this initiative.

13.2. No Shipping or Courier Services

• The Organization does not engage in any product shipping, courier, or logistics services as part of this Program.
• All deliverables (such as coaching, accommodation, or facility use) are non-physical services provided in person at designated locations only.

13.3. Digital & On-Site Process

• Registration is completed digitally through the official website (www.sankalpedu.com), and participants are required to report physically for assessments, if selected.
• No documents, certificates, kits, or program-related materials will be dispatched by post, courier, or any logistics channel.

13.4. No Delivery Liability

As no products or services are being delivered, the Organization is not liable for:

• Non-receipt of any item
• Delay in logistics
• Damaged parcels
• Tracking, packaging, or insurance of goods
