2. School Timings
Note: Late arrivals after 8:00 AM are not permitted without prior permission.
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday | Timing: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Assembly: 8:00 AM sharp
- Academic Hours: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Rest Period: 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
- Activity & Remedial Period: 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
3. Attendance & Leave Policy (Students)
- A minimum of 85% attendance is required to be eligible to appear for exams.
- Leave must be applied for in advance with a written note from parents.
- Continuous absence of 10 or more days without information will result in the student’s name being removed from the school rolls.
4. Student Discipline Policy
Students are expected to uphold the highest standards of conduct both on and off campus.
- Maintain respectful behaviour toward teachers, staff, and peers at all times.
- Strictly prohibited: bullying, abuse, fighting, or ragging.
- Any damage to school property must be compensated by the student or parent.
- Possession of mobile phones, smartwatches, electronic gadgets, tobacco, or weapons is strictly prohibited.
- Misuse of AI or digital tools without supervision is a punishable offense.
5. Uniform Code
- The prescribed school uniform is compulsory on all working days.
- Students must maintain neat grooming and wear polished shoes.
- Sports uniforms are to be worn on designated days only.
6. Academic Rules
- Homework and notebooks must be submitted on time.
- Students must bring the required books and stationery to school daily.
- Cheating in tests or exams will result in zero marks and disciplinary action.
- Participation in morning assembly, cultural events, sports, and club activities is compulsory.
7. Hostel / Boarding Rules
7.1. Admission
- Hostel facilities are available for both boys and girls from Class 6 onwards.
- Admission is subject to a student’s behavior record and seat availability.
7.2. Daily Schedule
- Wake-up: 5:30 AM | Lights Off: 9:30 PM
- Attendance is mandatory for PT, study hours, prayers, and all meals.
7.3. Mess & Hygiene
- All meals are vegetarian and served according to a set schedule. No food wastage is allowed.
- Outside food or tiffin boxes are not permitted in the hostel.
- Maintaining room cleanliness and personal hygiene is mandatory.
7.4. Discipline
- Mobile phones, cash over ₹100, tobacco, alcohol, and personal electronic gadgets are banned.
- Severe misbehavior may result in expulsion from the hostel.
7.5. Visitors & Leave
- Parents can visit only on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
- Emergency leave requires prior approval from the Warden or Principal.
8. Teacher / Staff Rules
8.1. Professional Duties
- Teachers must report by 7:50 AM and adhere to the full working hours.
- It is mandatory to submit lesson plans, correct notebooks promptly, and ensure fair evaluation.
- Active participation in assemblies, school events, and club activities is expected.
8.2. Leave Policy
- Staff are entitled to 1 Paid Leave per month, with a maximum of 12 per year.
- All leaves must be pre-approved, except in case of emergencies.
- An uninformed absence of more than 5 continuous days can lead to termination of employment.
- Half-day leave is allowed twice a month but not during exam or event periods.
9. Parental Responsibilities
- Parents are required to attend all Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
- Track your child’s progress regularly using the school diary and official app.
- Ensure your child’s punctuality, proper uniform, hygiene, and home discipline.
- Please follow all school transport safety and communication protocols.
10. Transport Rules
- Students must maintain discipline and good conduct while on school buses.
- Any damage to transport property will be chargeable to the student.
- Bus routes and timings will not be changed based on individual requests.
11. Disciplinary Actions
