1. Admission Form Submission

  • Admission forms submitted online or offline are considered formal applications for enrollment.
  • The application processing fee (if applicable) is non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Cancellation by Parents/Guardians

  • Once the admission form is submitted and payment is made, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the school office within 3 working days.
  • Cancellation requests beyond this window will not be entertained, unless approved by the school management for exceptional cases (e.g. medical or transfer reasons).

3. Fee Refund Policy

  • Admission Fee: Non-refundable under any circumstances once paid.
  • Tuition Fee: Refundable only if written cancellation is made before the academic session begins, after deduction of a nominal administrative charge.
  • Refund Process Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days through the same payment method.

4. No Refund Under These Circumstances

  • After the student has attended even a single day of school.
  • If cancellation is requested due to personal reasons unrelated to school functioning.
  • In case of disciplinary withdrawal or expulsion.

5. Transaction Failures

  • If a payment is deducted but not acknowledged by our system due to technical failure, kindly email us at [Insert Email Address] with your transaction ID.
  • After verification with the payment gateway (Razorpay or equivalent), a full refund or re-credit will be processed.
