12. Cancellation & Refund Policy

12.1. Registration Fee Non-Refundable

The one-time registration fee of ₹450/- collected for participation in the Sankalp Future Olympians Initiative 2025–26 is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Voluntary withdrawal by the applicant
• Failure to attend the assessment or selection
• Non-selection or disqualification during any stage
• Medical or family emergencies
• Technical or payment gateway issues (if not caused by the Organization)
• Event cancellation, postponement, or restructuring due to unforeseen conditions (e.g., weather, health advisory, administrative order)

12.2. No Cancellation Facility

• Once the registration form is submitted and payment is made, no cancellation or reversal request shall be entertained.
• Participants are advised to read all legal notices, disclaimers, and terms carefully before completing the application process.

12.3. No Partial Refund or Transfers

• Partial refunds, transfer of registration, adjustment against future events, or switching of participant details is not allowed.
• Each registration is personal, final, and unique to the applicant.

12.4. Waiver of Claim

• By submitting the form, the Applicant and Parent/Guardian waive all rights to request a refund or raise any refund-related complaint, legal demand, or consumer dispute against the Organization.
• No third party (e.g., relative, vendor, promotional agent) has the right to demand or negotiate on the participant’s behalf.
