1. About the Organization

Sankalp Seva Samiti is a legally registered, not-for-profit socio-educational trust based in Jhalawar, Rajasthan. The Organization works in the public interest, especially in rural and semi-urban areas, to promote holistic youth development through limited, time-bound, and focused initiatives.

The Sankalp Future Olympians Initiative 2025–26 (hereinafter referred to as “the Program”) is a pilot initiative introduced with the sole intention of identifying and encouraging athletic potential in school-age children in select sports disciplines. This is not an academic, commercial, or institutional training program.

2. Purpose, Scope & Nature of the Program

The purpose of the Program is:

Talent Identification only in the following categories:

Shooting Sports: Ten-meter Air Rifle and Ten-meter Air Pistol
Track & Field: Sprint, mid-distance, long jump, et cetera.
Table Tennis: Competitive-level only

3. Facilities (Provisional Only)

Subject to internal capacity and discretion, the Organization may offer the following, strictly for the session 2025–26:

Hostel & Meals: Provisionally for selected students only
Coaching: Conducted by external professionals; no guarantee of certification, duration, or outcome
Training Access: Limited use of existing infrastructure on an as-is basis
Mentorship: Optional career and awareness guidance

🚫 All facilities are temporary, non-binding, and can be modified, suspended, or revoked without notice.

4. Academic & Legal Limitations

No Admission Guarantee: Program participation does not lead to school admission, scholarships, or academic continuation
Valid for 2025–26 Only: No rollover or extension of benefits
No Scholarship or Placement Guarantee
No Rights Created: Participation creates no legally enforceable rights (in rem or in personam)

5. Registration & Fees

Fee: Rupees Four Hundred Fifty Only (Rs. 450/-) as a one-time, non-refundable registration charge
Refunds: No refunds will be entertained under any condition
Valid Platform: Registration is valid only via www.sankalpedu.com

6. Legal Conditions for Participation

By registering, the student and their parent/guardian (“the Applicant”) agree to the following:

Sole Discretion: Selection and withdrawal rights are reserved entirely by the Organization
No Legal Challenge: The Applicant irrevocably and unconditionally waives the right to approach any legal forum (civil, criminal, writ, consumer, or administrative) against the Organization or its associates
No Verbal Claims Valid: Only this document governs participation. No oral, social media, or promotional materials have legal validity
Acceptance Clause: Submission of the form is full, informed, and unconditional acceptance of this legal framework

7. Limitation of Liability

Participation is voluntary and at personal risk. The Organization is not liable for:

Injury, accidents, or loss
Mental or emotional stress
Cancellation or changes in program structure

“The Program is provided on an as-is basis without any warranties, explicit or implied.”

8. Legal Waiver & Indemnity

The Applicant waives the right to sue for any issue related to the Program
The Applicant indemnifies the Organization from all third-party claims, damages, or legal costs
Program is not governed by the Right to Education Act, government quotas, or reservation provisions

9. Consent & Parental Affirmation

“I, [Applicant Name], and I, [Parent/Guardian Name], confirm that we have read and understood this Legal Notice and voluntarily accept all conditions and disclaimers. We agree not to raise any legal, administrative, or institutional disputes now or in the future.”

11. Legal Immunity & Final Authority

By participating in the Sankalp Future Olympians Initiative 2025–26, the Applicant and their parent/guardian:

Irrevocably waive their right to file or pursue any legal complaint, lawsuit, tribunal case, public interest litigation, consumer forum grievance, Right to Information query, or administrative appeal against the Organization or its personnel.
Accept that this Program is entirely voluntary, and participation shall not be construed as a legal contract, service, entitlement, or government-backed right.
Affirm that no future claims, compensation, or rights shall arise, and no court, commission, or authority shall be approached under any circumstance.

This legal notice is the final and overriding document, which nullifies all previous discussions, advertisements, promotional materials, oral promises, or third-party representations.
