General Guidelines

1. School Profile

2. School Timings

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Assembly: 8:00 AM sharp
Academic Hours: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Activity & Remedial: 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM

* Late arrivals after 8:00 AM are not permitted without prior permission.

3. Attendance & Leave

A minimum of 85% attendance is required to appear for exams.
Leave must be applied for in advance with a written note from parents.
Continuous absence of 10 or more days without information will result in removal from school rolls.

5. Uniform Code

Prescribed uniform is compulsory on all working days.
Students must maintain neat grooming and wear polished shoes.
Sports uniforms are to be worn on designated days only.

6. Academic Rules

Homework and notebooks must be submitted on time.
Bring required books and stationery daily.
Cheating in exams results in zero marks and disciplinary action.
Participation in assembly, events, and sports is compulsory.

Discipline & Boarding

4. Student Discipline

Uphold the highest standards of conduct on and off campus.
Maintain respectful behavior toward teachers, staff, and peers.
Strictly prohibited: bullying, abuse, fighting, or ragging.
Damage to school property must be compensated by parents.
Possession of mobile phones, smartwatches, tobacco, or weapons is strictly prohibited.
Misuse of AI or digital tools without supervision is punishable.

10. Transport Rules

Students must maintain discipline and good conduct while on school buses.
Any damage to transport property will be chargeable to the student.
Bus routes and timings will not be changed based on individual requests.

7. Hostel / Boarding Rules

7.1 Admission

Available for boys and girls from Class 6 onwards.
Subject to student's behavior record and seat availability.

7.2 Daily Schedule

Wake-up: 5:30 AM | Lights Off: 9:30 PM
Attendance mandatory for PT, study hours, prayers, and meals.

7.3 Mess & Hygiene

All meals are vegetarian. No food wastage allowed.
Outside food or tiffin boxes are not permitted.
Room cleanliness and personal hygiene are mandatory.

7.4 Discipline & Visitors

Mobiles, cash > ₹100, tobacco, and gadgets banned.
Parents can visit only on 2nd & 4th Sundays (10 AM - 4 PM).
Emergency leave requires Warden/Principal approval.

Staff, Parents & Actions

8. Teacher / Staff Rules

Report by 7:50 AM and adhere to working hours.
Submit lesson plans, correct notebooks, and ensure fair evaluation.
1 Paid Leave/month (Max 12/year). Pre-approval required.
Uninformed absence > 5 days may lead to termination.

9. Parental Responsibilities

Must attend all Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
Track progress via school diary and official app.
Ensure child’s punctuality, uniform, hygiene, and home discipline.
Follow all school transport safety and communication protocols.

11. Disciplinary Actions

13. Final Declaration

All students, teachers, and parents are required to read, understand, and sign the acknowledgment of this Official Rule Book. Non-compliance with these rules may lead to disciplinary action as per school policy.
