For Participation in the Sankalp Future Olympians Initiative 2025–26

1. Eligibility Criteria
- Participation is open only to students falling within the declared age and grade limits as notified in official announcements.
- Parental consent is mandatory for all applicants under 18 years of age.
2. Nature of the Program
- The program is solely an extracurricular talent-identification initiative and not a commercial, educational, or employment-based offer.
- Participation is entirely voluntary and at the discretion of the Applicant and their guardian.
3. Selection Process
- The selection criteria, tests, and evaluation methods are determined internally and may be modified without prior notice.
- The decision of the Organization regarding selection or disqualification shall be final and non-contestable.
4. Code of Conduct
- Participants must maintain discipline, punctuality, and respectful behavior throughout the program.
- Any misconduct, indiscipline, or non-compliance may result in immediate removal from the program, without refund or reconsideration.
5. Facilities & Provisions
- Facilities (hostel, meals, training, mentorship) are provisional, non-binding, and subject to availability.
- No claims, guarantees, or expectations regarding quality, duration, or outcomes shall be entertained.
6. Fees and Financial Conditions
- A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of ₹450 is mandatory and must be paid through official channels only.
- No refunds or transfers will be processed under any circumstances, including withdrawal, cancellation, rejection, or program changes.
7. Communication & Announcements
- All official communication will be published on www.sankalpedu.com.
- Verbal promises, social media posts, third-party promotions, or personal assurances shall not be considered official or valid.
8. No Legal Right or Expectation
- Participation does not create any right to employment, academic admission, scholarship, certificate, or government benefit.
- The program does not fall under any government policy, RTE Act, reservation policy, or quota-based scheme.
9. Disclaimer & Risk Acknowledgment
- Participants and guardians acknowledge that the program involves physical activity, training, and travel at their own risk.
- The Organization holds no liability for injuries, medical issues, or personal losses during or after participation.
10. Legal Waiver
- By registering, the Applicant and Parent/Guardian waive all legal rights to approach any court, tribunal, consumer forum, RTI authority, PIL forum, or grievance body against the Organization or its personnel.
- The Organization holds exclusive and non-negotiable authority over all decisions.
11. Disqualification & Cancellation
- The Organization reserves the right to cancel or disqualify any applicant at any stage, without assigning reasons or liability.
- Program modification or suspension may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, public health, administrative order) without compensation or obligation.
12. Legal Binding & Finality
- Submission of the application form implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- These Terms supersede any oral discussions, written communications, or promotional material.
